Résumé Du Poste Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un représentant bilingue, Ventes internes, Service à la clientèle pour notre bureau du Québec. Le candidat retenu doit posséder les compétences nécessaires pour offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.

TÂCHES Et RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel à notre groupe de distributeurs industriels.
  • Interagir, répondre et faire le suivi avec les clients au quotidien de manière courtoise et efficace.
  • Vendre une gamme diversifiée de produits par téléphone, télécopieur et courriel.
  • Traiter les commandes des clients à l’aide du système informatique, en assurant l’exactitude et la rapidité des livraisons.
  • Assumer la responsabilité des problèmes de service à la clientèle difficiles tout en les réglant en temps opportun.
  • Soutenir nos partenaires de distribution en ce qui a trait au service, aux prix, à la livraison et aux demandes de renseignements sur les stocks.
  • Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des produits vendus.
  • Passer en revue les commandes ouvertes et les commandes en souffrance quotidiennement.
  • Démontrer une attention particulière au client et offrir un service exceptionnel.
  • Favoriser la culture de MSC dans le département et dans l’ensemble de la société afin d’assurer la réalisation de la vision de MSC.
  • Participer à des projets spéciaux et la réalisation de tâches supplémentaires au besoin.

FORMATION Et EXPÉRIENCE

  • Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en ventes internes est requis.
  • Bilingue en français et anglais.
  • Études secondaires souhaitées.

Brief Position Summary We are currently seeking a bilingual Inside Sales-Customer Service Representative for our Quebec location. The successful candidate will possess the skills to provide exceptional customer service.

DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional Customer Service to our group of Industrial Distributors.
  • Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis, responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Sell a diversified line of products via phone, fax, and email.
  • Processing customer orders through the computer system, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
  • Takes ownership with difficult customer service issues while resolving in a timely manner.
  • Support our distribution partners with service, pricing, delivery, and inventory inquiries.
  • Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products sold.
  • Review open orders and backorders on a daily basis.
  • Demonstrated focus on the customer with exceptional service.
  • Drives the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC's vision and unity of purpose.
  • Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

  • A minimum of 2 years previous Inside Sales experience is required.
  • French bilingualism.
  • Secondary School preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to convey message in an organized, clear and effective manner.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and personal commitment to get the job done.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial products is preferred.
  • Team-player and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements/Additional Details

  • On site is preferred but not mandatory if outside the province of QC.

Compensation starting at $40000 - $60000 depending on experience.

The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on the candidate’s relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity. The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change.
