Your Primary Duties:

• Work closely with the Tech Centre Technician by reviewing pre-sale test plans, advising on testing procedures, assisting with testing, and reviewing test results

• Advise the sales team on solutions based on pre-sale testing

• Assist Marketing with Video Shoots by developing filming scenarios and machine setup/operation

• Work with sales and customers to propose solutions

• Host customers during their visit to the Technology Center

• Provide application-related suggestions for the Continuous Improvement system

• Suggest new product developments through application testing

Your qualifications:

• You have a post-secondary diploma

• You are mechanically and technically inclined

• You are familiar with Bakery and Food processing environments

• You can provide accurate and consistent results and solve problems based on results seen during testing

• You have exceptional organizational and time management skills and can multitask

• You have experience interacting diplomatically with a variety of individuals from different backgrounds and cultures.

• You have amazing written and verbal communication skills

• You can work independently with minimal supervision
