Position Overview Responsible for managing the company’s most strategic and complex LTL accounts. Focuses on long-term relationship building, contract negotiation, and delivering customized freight solutions that align with the customer’s supply chain strategy
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for top-tier corporate clients.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans.
- Manage and grow revenue from top-tier national and government accounts.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews and performance insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and client meetings.
- Leverage technology and data to drive customer value.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree required
- Four (4) years of B2B sales experience
- Strong business and financial acumen and project management skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, including excellent attention to detail
- High-level negotiation skills and ability to offer completive pricing and contract renewals.
- Deep understanding of LTL services and pricing
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint and Outlook)
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative and value-added selling.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred; required in Quebec
Working Conditions
- Position requires extensive and frequent travel, including overnight travel.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Hours may vary due to operational need.
