Job Description
The Social Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the execution and optimization of social media initiatives across a diverse portfolio of brands. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of social campaigns, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. Working closely with the social strategy team, creative department, and account leads, the Social Coordinator ensures that all content is aligned with brand voice, campaign objectives, and platform best practices. The role requires a strong understanding of digital culture, emerging trends, and the nuances of each social platform to help deliver work that is both culturally relevant and strategically sound.
Beyond execution, the Social Coordinator contributes to the strategic development of social content by identifying opportunities for engagement, surfacing insights from analytics, and staying ahead of platform innovations. This role demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to manage multiple timelines and priorities. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through social media, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and is eager to grow within a team that values bold thinking and collaborative energy.
What you will do…
- : Assist in developing and maintaining social content calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor, engage, and respond to audiences in brand voice; escalate issues as needed.
- : Stay on top of platform updates, cultural trends, and emerging formats to inform content and strategy.
- Track performance metrics, compile reports, and provide insights to optimize future content.
- Work with creative teams to brief and review assets; liaise with clients for approvals and feedback.
- Maintain a strong understanding of each platform’s best practices, tools, and algorithmic shifts.
Who you will be…
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital advertising (agency experience preferred).
- Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail and tone.
- Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Passion for pop culture, internet trends, and brand storytelling.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bonus: Experience with paid social, influencer coordination, or short-form video editing.
