Key Responsibilities:

In the capacity of Manager, Fund Finance, you will assume a central role in shaping the financial framework of the organisation. Your daily activities will encompass oversight of intricate reporting cycles, consolidation of fund results for audit purposes, administration of budgeting procedures, as well as management of essential investor relations functions. You will also be entrusted with treasury responsibilities requiring judicious resource allocation. By working closely with asset management and investment teams, you will provide critical analysis that underpins key business decisions.   • Supervise and review monthly and quarterly reporting processes, including the preparation of consolidated financial statements, investor summary reports, real estate portfolio analyses, and other ad hoc analytical requirements.
  • Lead the annual consolidation of fund financial results by preparing year-end audit documentation, ASPE financial statements, and liaising with auditors and tax professionals to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate the annual budgeting process by gathering inputs from various departments and overseeing the timely completion of all associated activities.
  • Prepare and review investor-related transactions such as capital calls, distributions, investor statements; address investor inquiries; and maintain the integrity of the investor database through regular validation procedures.
  • Direct treasury operations by forecasting cash flows, managing borrowings, allocating debt and interest efficiently, thereby ensuring optimal liquidity for organisational needs.
  • Compile debt compliance packages while actively managing capital models to guarantee adherence to all relevant covenants.
  • Support asset management and investment teams by responding promptly to information requests, reviewing SOAs, and providing detailed financial analysis as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial data that informs strategic decision-making throughout the organisation.
  • Uphold exemplary standards of professionalism by safeguarding confidential information across all financial processes.
