We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist, B2B to strengthen our brand presence across the AMER region, drive awareness and generate high-quality leads that help schools and districts achieve better learning outcomes.

What will you be doing...

As a Marketing Specialist, B2B, you will partner with global marketing and sales teams to design, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns that support our growth objectives. You will play a key role in building trust with educators and positioning 3P Learning as a leader within EdTech.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results driven marketer who thrives on campaign ownership, collaboration and creative storytelling.

  • Plan, execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Develop and refine email nurture programs to engage prospects and customers across the buyer journey.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data and apply insights to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
  • Create regional content such as case studies, white papers, video written testimonials, sales collateral and thought leadership.
  • Contribute to the global social media strategy while ensuring regional alignment and impact.
  • Partner with sales teams to deliver impactful content, managing website updates and create tools that demonstrate product effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Boost visibility across Canada, the US and LATAM by showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in EdTech.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with sales, product and global marketing teams to ensure consistent execution.

Ideally, you will have...

  • 3 - 7 years experience in marketing, communications or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • A strong knowledge of email marketing metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and a proven ability to optimize campaigns.
  • Experience managing content marketing projects end-to-end.
  • A familiarity with lead scoring, lifecycle marketing and pipeline growth strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • B2B SaaS marketing background strongly preferred, with experience in education or EdTech as an advantage.
