Your Tasks:

  • Assist with Order Entry: Input orders accurately into the system, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
  • Support Drawing Release: Help manage and distribute technical drawings on time, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in order management processes.
  • Data Entry & Updating: Maintain and update data related to orders, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing reports to track order progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the Order Management Team Lead and team in various tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Interest in process improvement and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • SAP experience considered an asset.
  • PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau experience considered an asset.
