The People Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of the organization’s HR technology ecosystem. This role serves as a key partner across People & Culture, Payroll, IT, Legal, Finance, and business leadership to ensure HR systems operate as a secure, compliant, and scalable source of truth for employee data and workforce processes. This position plays a critical role in supporting organizational growth by enabling reliable workforce data, reducing manual administration, and improving operational visibility through technology and analytics.

3–5 years of HRIS / people systems experience, including hands-on configuration (HiBob strongly preferred)

Demonstrated ability to administer multiple HR technology tools and bring new systems online

Strong process-design skills and the ability to translate business needs into system configuration

Working understanding of how integrations function, sufficient to scope requirements with a technical specialist

Detail orientation with a documentation discipline that supports audit and governance

Own configuration of the HRIS, fields, workflows, permissions structures, modules, and ongoing optimization

Administer and optimize the broader people technology stack, ensuring tools are configured consistently and used effectively

Lead the systems-side evaluation of new vendors and tools, including configuration fit, administration model, user provisioning, and connectivity requirements

Design and maintain people-process workflows within systems, partnering with process owners across People & Culture

Support organizational transformation initiatives through HR technology enablement, reporting capabilities, and process standardization

Contribute to long-term HR systems strategy, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
Compensation & Rewards
- Competitive salary ($90,000 and $115,000/annum) finalized based on experience and impact
