About the role
The Opportunity
As TrustArc’s Director of Product Marketing you will be the glue that binds our platform strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in our go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product leaders to develop innovative programs that drive demand. Managing a team of Product Marketing Managers, you will act as a coach and mentor to a growing team covering a variety of products with different buyers. Your team will build content that articulates our various products’ value propositions in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating consistency across all channels. You back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive go-to-market decisions across a product suite with different buyers and personas. Attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our platform’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems. This is a highly visible leadership role that blends strategic thinking, market insight, team development, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do
Own product positioning and messaging across the TrustArc platform, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and consistency. Standardize and elevate competitive and market intelligence practices; be the internal authority on the privacy and data governance landscape. Translate market insights into actionable go-to-market strategy and influence product roadmap decisions. Develop a deep understanding of buyers, users, and customer segments. Conduct customer interviews and engage directly with key accounts to refine value propositions. Drive improvements to sales and marketing processes based on customer and market insights. Lead cross-functional planning and execution of new product launches and major releases. Build repeatable launch frameworks and ensure flawless execution across teams. Align messaging and campaigns across digital, content, demand generation, sales enablement, and field marketing. Equip Sales with compelling messaging, tools, and training that clearly articulate the problems we solve. Develop high-impact collateral, competitive battlecards, pitch decks, and enablement programs. Partner with Revenue leadership to continuously improve conversion, win rates, and deal velocity. Serve as a thought leader and primary liaison to industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester). Lead analyst engagement strategy, briefings, inquiries, and research participation. Strengthen TrustArc’s category positioning and market influence. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product marketing team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and measurable impact. Prioritize effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
What You Will Bring
8–10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ownership of platform or multi-product portfolios Proven success leading and developing product marketing teams Strong executive presence and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders Deep experience in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisionsOperational rigor and project management expertise Experience in privacy, GRC, compliance, LegalTech, eDiscovery, or adjacent markets is strongly preferred
