Regional Sales Manager

Tirecraft ON, Eastern ON

The Regional Sales Manager leads, coaches, and develops the Commercial Sales Team to drive consistent sales performance, disciplined execution of sales processes, and strong customer engagement across the region. This role is accountable for team performance, sales processes, and the effective use of internal and external resources supporting the Commercial Sales function, while ensuring Representatives actively maintain and grow their accounts and customer relationships. The Regional Sales Manager also leads Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), drives adoption and consistent use of the company’s CRM system, and reinforces best-in-class sales practices, accountability, and ongoing professional development across the team. Base salary position with starting wage range of $100,000-120,000.
