Ce que vous ferez

Développer et mettre en œuvre des méthodologies de mise en service de pointe spécifiquement adaptées aux installations critiques

Diriger une équipe de chefs de projet de mise en service dans un rôle de joueur/entraîneur

Superviser plusieurs projets de mise en service simultanés tout en gérant directement les engagements clients clés

Servir d'autorité technique pour les défis complexes de mise en service et les décisions stratégiques

Servir de point de contact principal pour les relations clients à haute valeur

Établir et maintenir des cadres d'assurance qualité rigoureux et des protocoles de vérification

Coordonner efficacement avec les entrepreneurs, consultants et équipes internes

Contribuer l'expertise technique aux appels d'offres, présentations clients et initiatives de développement commercial

Stimuler l'amélioration continue des processus de mise en service par l'innovation et la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques

Ce que vous apportez

Diplôme de baccalauréat en ingénierie ou domaine technique connexe

7 à 10+ années d'expérience en gestion de projet et mise en service dans des environnements de centres de données/installations critiques

Expérience démontrée en leadership dans la gestion d'équipes techniques

Compréhension avancée des principes et méthodologies de mise en service

Connaissance approfondie de l'infrastructure de centres de données et des systèmes critiques

Compréhension approfondie des processus de mise en service pour des systèmes intégrés complexes

Capacité prouvée à développer et encadrer des professionnels techniques

Solides compétences de prise de décision dans des environnements haute pression

Flexibilité pour voyager sur les sites de projet selon les besoins

Expérience avec les normes et réglementations industrielles pour les environnements critiques

Maîtrise des plateformes logicielles de gestion de projet et de mise en service

Excellentes capacités de communication à tous les niveaux organisationnels

Pensée stratégique axée sur l'exécution tactique et la planification à long terme

Capacités exceptionnelles de résolution de problèmes et d'analyse

Drive excellence in mission-critical commissioning by leading specialized teams, establishing best practices, and ensuring successful project delivery for complex data center environments. This leadership role combines technical commissioning expertise with strategic project management to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

What you will do:
Developing and implementing industry-leading commissioning methodologies specifically tailored for mission-critical facilities

Leading a team of commissioning project managers in a player/coach capacity

Overseeing multiple concurrent commissioning projects while directly managing key client engagements

Serving as technical authority for complex commissioning challenges and strategic decisions

Serving as primary point of contact for high-value client relationships

Establishing and maintaining rigorous quality assurance frameworks and verification protocols

Coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams

Contributing technical expertise to RFPs, client pitches, and business development initiatives

Driving continuous improvement of commissioning processes through innovation and best practice implementation

What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field

7-10+ years of experience in project management and commissioning within data center/mission-critical environments

Demonstrated leadership experience in technical team management

Advanced understanding of commissioning principles and methodologies

Comprehensive knowledge of data center infrastructure and critical systems

In-depth understanding of commissioning processes for complex integrated systems

Proven ability to develop and mentor technical professionals

Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure environments

Flexibility to travel to project sites as required

Experience with industry standards and regulations for critical environments

Proficiency with project management and commissioning software platforms

Excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels

Strategic thinking with focus on both tactical execution and long-term planning

Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities

Ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands

Commitment to continuous professional development and industry engagement

• Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
