Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Funding Coordinator to support our partner marketing and funding operations. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to grow their skills in partner management and program coordination.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple systems and partner portals, enjoys problem-solving, and can juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Excel, and the ability to manage funding processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage partner funding requests and submissions across multiple partner portals.
• Track budgets, approvals, and claims to ensure compliance with partner guidelines.
• Maintain accurate reporting and tracking in Excel, including financial reconciliations.
• Support multiple partners at once, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather required documentation for funding claims.
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes for efficiency.
• Organize and maintain detailed records to support audit readiness.
• Work independently to troubleshoot issues and resolve questions with minimal oversight.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of work experience in a coordination, operations, finance, or marketing support role (internships or co-ops considered).
• Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, budget tracking).
• Solid math and analytical skills for tracking financial data.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and navigating different partner portals and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
