About the Role:

CBRE is seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our Ottawa branch, supporting our Advisory Services team. This is a fully in-person role based at 340 Albert Street, ideal for someone located in Ottawa who thrives in a collaborative office environment.

As a Research Analyst, you’ll play a key role in gathering and analyzing core commercial real estate data. Your insights will help shape the research materials that inform strategic decisions across our business. From market trends to property data, your work will directly support our brokers and clients with timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence.

If you're passionate about data, real estate, and making an impact through research, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

•Coordinate and complete ad hoc broker requests, such as creating market surveys or gathering lease comparables

•Maintain and update CBRE's internal leasing/sales database by collecting and inputting data on newly available properties, transactions, tenants, tenants in the market, and new developments.

•Perform regular maintenance and updates to property databases, ensuring that the data quality is in accordance with corporate standards

•Maintain accurate property and availability information relating to all properties managed by CBRE entities.

•Assist in the preparation and production of standard research materials and reports, such as ad-hoc and quarterly reports

•Establish and maintain key contacts in the real estate industry, including with owners, landlords, external brokers and researchers, and clients.

•Create and analyze market statistics and corresponding materials, including the production of client presentations and reports

•Oversee and support any other major deliverables, projects, or key team initiatives

•Other duties may be assigned.
