- Previous experience working in a pre and post-sales role
- Fluent English
- Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to code in at least one object-oriented language (PHP, Python)
- Strong knowledge of industry standards such as REST, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems such as LDAP, SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Solutions Architect who is a master at blending technical expertise with excellent communication skills
- You will work closely with our sales team to gather requirements and solve complex problems for our customers
- As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for both pre and post-sales activities, ensuring the success of our customers throughout their journey with us
- In this role, you will leverage your industry knowledge to serve as an expert and consultant throughout the sales process, and you will also work closely with our pre-sales solution consultants and customer success teams to ensure our customers receive ongoing support and guidance and represent Docebo as a trusted advisor
- You will be a master communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Addressing solution-based challenges which our customers may have in collaboration with their Customer Success Manager and Account Manager
- As a Solutions Architect, you will be a responsive and creative member of our cross-functional teams, including sales, professional services, product, and customer success
- Providing mentorship and support to you other colleagues
