Nous recherchons un véritable chef d'orchestre pour piloter des initiatives complexes. Ce rôle n'est pas uniquement administratif : il exige une compréhension profonde des enjeux Backend et d'intégration pour garantir le succès technique des livraisons.
Sous la responsabilité du gestionnaire de livraison TI, vous orchestrerez la planification, l'exécution et le suivi des initiatives stratégiques transversales.
Responsabilités principals:
- Pilotage Stratégique : Prendre en charge les nouvelles initiatives, de la définition à la mise en uvre de la gouvernance.
- Planification Agile & Lean : Animer les cérémonies agiles, gérer le backlog dans Azure DevOps et utiliser le "Daily Management System" pour lever les bloquants.
- Expertise Livraison : Planifier les travaux sur une base trimestrielle/annuelle (roadmap) et assurer l'arrimage entre les équipes transversales.
- Gestion de la Reddition : Préparer les présentations exécutives, les registres de risques et les suivis budgétaires mensuels.
- Amélioration Continue : Analyser les incidents, coordonner les mises en production et diriger les post-mortems.
Profil recherché:
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets TI complexes.
- Solide expertise technique en Backend et Intégration.
- Expérience confirmée dans le secteur privé (Assurance/Finance un atout majeur).
- Maîtrise d'Azure DevOps et des méthodologies Agile/Scrum.
- Leadership influent, esprit critique et rigueur exemplaire.
- Français impeccable (oral et écrit).
