- Proven experience as an Account Executive for 4-5 years, ideally with 2+ companies
- Comfortable with high-intensity work environment
- You have experience with enterprise selling and handling the full sales cycle
- Knowledgeable of outbound sales techniques and strategies
- Ideally proficient in Outreach, Salesforce, and Apollo or similar platforms
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
What the job involves
- Leads.io is currently seeking multiple Account Executives to join our vibrant team
- In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting tailored prospect lists aligned with Leads.io's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), buying personas, and successful verticals
- Additionally, you'll focus on penetrating key accounts and exploring new business development avenues through comprehensive market research
- Your outreach efforts will include utilizing various channels such as phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other social platforms to showcase the value proposition of Leads.io
- Staying abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements will also be crucial aspects of the role
- Contact and qualify potential clients through the following, but not limited to:
- Outreach via Sequences, including email, cold calls, and social outreach via Linkedin
- Custom videos (using Vidyard)
- Attending trade shows and conferences as applicable
- Profile strategic accounts, identify key individuals in organizations, research and obtain business requirements, and present ideas to begin the sales cycle
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
- Close initial and subsequent orders
- Use our CRM to manage leads
- Research and prepare for meetings with potential clients. You control the full sales process
- Manage expectations for long-term partnerships
- Continue to learn new skills, attend ongoing training/courses to grow within your role and Leads.io
