About the role

About us:

At Tall Tree, you’ll join an award-winning clinic focused on exceptional integrated healthcare. We’re a diverse team that is endlessly nerdy— we love learning, teaching, and keeping up to date with the latest research. We’re the most multidisciplinary and comprehensive team in private healthcare in BC; we put each client at the center of this with our goal to match everyone with the right clinician or team of clinicians. We take pride in our passionate clinicians, inspiring and uplifting facilities, high-quality health services, and exceptional customer service. We’re committed to delivering healthcare in the best possible way— and we have a singular culture of respect, warmth, curiosity and enthusiasm that makes being a part of the Tall Tree team something to be truly proud of.

As an employer, we aim to be the top choice in healthcare in BC. We want to be the only place you'd want to work. Our workplaces are amazing, both physically and socially, and we offer all the usual perks. But we also invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in education for our team every year. We believe that when our team members are happy and engaged, they're better equipped to deliver exceptional patient care.

About the role:

As a People Operations Coordinator at Tall Tree, you’ll help support the people who make great care possible. You’ll provide day-to-day support across hiring, onboarding, employee experience, and HR operations to ensure our team members feel supported, informed, and set up for success in their roles.

You’ll help connect employees and leaders with the resources, information, and processes they need — whether that’s navigating HR questions, supporting hiring and onboarding, coordinating performance processes, or helping ensure our systems and policies run smoothly. By understanding our teams, our culture, and how our clinics operate, you’ll help make it easier for our people to do their best work.

Most importantly, you’ll help create a consistent, supportive experience for employees and leaders. You’ll help ensure that HR processes are thoughtful, reliable, and human — helping the organization run smoothly behind the scenes while strengthening the culture that makes Tall Tree special. Ultimately, your work supports Tall Tree’s mission by helping build and nurture a world-class team that can deliver healthcare the way it should be done.

This role is a 20-month maternity leave coverage employment contract. While this position is designed to support a parental leave from September 2026 to March 2028, there may be opportunities for extension or a permanent role depending on organizational needs.

We’re open to structuring this role as**part-time or full-time,**depending on what works best for the right candidate.

The expected salary range for this role is**$65,000-$75,000**depending on qualifications and experience level.

-Performance & Employee Development

-Compensation, Benefits & HR Administration

  • Support the day-to-day administration of benefits, and HR systems to ensure accurate records and smooth employee experiences.

  • Help maintain HR policies and procedures to support compliance with employment standards and workplace regulations.
