About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to support and grow the commercial presence of a hospitality-driven business operating in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. You will play a key role in driving sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening brand visibility across multiple channels and markets. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help shape marketing initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth and customer engagement. The position requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on relationship building and client experience. You will be involved in both traditional and digital marketing activities, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. This is a highly collaborative role where initiative, creativity, and adaptability are essential to success. \n

Accountabilities: Develop and execute sales and marketing action plans aligned with overall business strategy and revenue goals. Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to business development initiatives. Represent the business at events, exhibitions, and client-facing engagements to promote brand awareness. Conduct sales outreach, client visits, and site inspections to support conversions and partnerships. Manage and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to strengthen long-term collaboration. Support the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including promotional activities and brand initiatives. Analyze sales performance data and market trends to inform strategy and optimize results. Contribute to budgeting, promotional planning, and development of customer packages and incentives. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in hospitality sales, marketing, or related commercial roles. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Strong understanding of hospitality or resort operations, including revenue management and customer engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments. Proficiency with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences. Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
