Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments. Proficiency with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences. Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
