Our Calgary location is looking for a new Dispatch Administrator. If you have a background in concrete cutting, are friendly on phones, and are looking for a fast-paced job, then this job might be a great fit for you!
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls for dispatch and coordinate assignments with operators, labourers, and equipment.
- Monitoring Geotab for traffic and operator driving deficiencies
- Assist with learning billing for Dispatch and Diamond Products
- Assist HR by filtering resumes and assisting with preliminary interviews
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in concrete cutting with slab saws, wall saws, and core drills, and additional services provided by CanWest
- Must be personable, friendly, and experienced while answering phones.
- Basic computer experience with MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Work well under pressure and be willing to accept critiques from coworkers
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Experience with sales will be an asset
- Training will be provided for the right candidate!! Our Ideal candidate is an experienced concrete cutter who is looking for a change to a desk position.
- Must be okay working long summer hours and weekends
