About the role

Books & Intellectual Property Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Books & Intellectual Property Operations Coordinator to support the management of our publishing, intellectual property, and fulfillment operations. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations, this role will coordinate book and audiobook listings, custom publishing projects, intellectual property administration, royalty tracking, and fulfillment activities across multiple platforms and partners. Key Responsibilities Maintain product listings across Amazon, Audible, Goodreads, Shopify, company websites, and distribution partners. Coordinate book, audiobook, and digital product launches. Track royalties, sales performance, reviews, and publishing metrics. Maintain copyright, trademark, ISBN, licensing, and publishing records. Monitor and support resolution of intellectual property infringements. Coordinate custom publishing projects with publishers and internal stakeholders. Manage bulk book orders, inventory fulfillment, and event-related shipments. Liaise with fulfillment partners, warehouses, printers, and shipping providers. Produce operational reporting and maintain accurate records. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in publishing operations, e-commerce operations, project coordination, intellectual property administration, or a related operational role. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Experience with platforms such as Amazon KDP, Audible, IngramSpark, Shopify, Goodreads, or similar systems is highly preferred. Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

This is a part-time office-based position, 20 to 25 hours per week; out-of-country applications will not be considered.
