Carecor Health Services is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Assistant to support the delivery of high‑quality rehabilitation services for adult and/or pediatric clients. Under the direction of the assigned supervisor and applicable regulated health care practitioners, you will ensure the effective implementation of prescribed treatment programs and contribute to clients’ functional progress and independence.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Speech‑Language Pathologists to support personalized treatment plans that help clients reach their maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement prescribed rehabilitation, exercise, cognitive, and behavioral programs under the direction of regulated health professionals.
- Support clients in activities of daily living and promote independence at home, in the community, and at work.
- Document client progress accurately and report updates to the supervising clinician.
- Facilitate reintegration activities including social, educational, vocational, and leisure programming.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, quality initiatives, and continuing education.
- Adhere to health, safety, and infection prevention practices, and maintain strict client confidentiality.
- Drive clients as assigned (valid insurance required) and perform other duties as requested.
Job Qualifications

- Completion of a Physiotherapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Rehabilitation Assistant diploma program, or a degree in Kinesiology (RRP/CCRC designation an asset).
- Experience supporting rehabilitation programs in clinical, community, or home settings.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic exercise, mobility techniques, and ADL support.
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans, document client progress, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clear background check will be required.
