High-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/re-installation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.

Required Education and Experience
Customer Service experience
1 plus year experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schooling
Preferred Education and Experience
IICRC Certified, as an asset, Water Remediation Technician (WRT) certification
One or more years’ experience within the restoration industry
Physical Requirement
Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 25% of the time within a vehicle.
Constantly moves about job sites
Constantly positions self to move about job sites, stairs, walkways, roofs, crawl spaces
Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to complete jobs
Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
Frequently will lift to 75lbs
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
Work Environment
The employee will be constantly working outdoors and be exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee will occasionally be working indoors in the office. The employee will be exposed to air conditioning and heat. The employees will be exposed to normal noises throughout the office.
Travel This position will require up to 100% local travel to job sites (as needed).
