We’re looking for a passionate and detail-obsessed Marine Detailer to join our dynamic team! Location: 52 Temagami Marin Rd, Temagami ON

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8am-5pm

This is a Seasonal Position from April to November

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:

• Clean vessel exteriors by hand, brush, or pressure-washing equipment, including hulls, decks, rails, and swim platforms
• Wash, polish, dry, and detail marine surfaces including gel coat, fiberglass, metal fittings, glass, lights, and canvas/vinyl components
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vessel interiors, including cabins, cockpits, berths, and storage areas
• Clean, protect, and preserve vessel interiors (carpet, upholstery, vinyl seating, dashboards, consoles, hatches, mirrors, and compartments) and exteriors (hulls, decks, non-skid surfaces, stainless steel, rub rails, and transoms)
• Clean and detail engine compartments and bilge areas as required, following marine safety and environmental guidelines
• Inspect and replenish fluids as needed, such as freshwater tanks, washdown systems, and approved marine cleaning solutions (no fuel or mechanical servicing unless authorized)
• Perform basic vessel checks including visible hardware, canvas, hatches, cleats, rails, and onboard compartments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the workday, ensuring proper cleanup at the end of each shift
• Pressure wash docks, work areas, and floors as required to reduce dirt, algae, and debris buildup
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory of marine cleaning products, tools, and supplies
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Work in accordance with daily detailing and vessel service schedules
• Support team members as needed to ensure timely and high-quality completion of all marine detailing services

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous detailing experience

• Valid G Driver’s License and clean driving record

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission

• Effective organization and multi-tasking skills with precise attention to detail
