About the role
Bilingual French Sales Coordinator Stouffville, ON Full time in office $60,000 base + 2 weeks vacation + benefits Job Description We are looking for an experienced, well-organized and self-motivated Sales Coordinator who can provide the necessary support to the sales team.
The objective is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and increase overall sales. The Sales Coordinator will work directly with the management team and outside Sales Reps to ensure all administrative and support functions are operating effectively.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft programs is a must as well as analytical problem-solving skills in a sales environment, preferably in the wholesale furniture industry.
Job Description
- Data entry, General office administration work.
- Manage email answer phones and help customers with inquiries.
- Responding to customer and Sales Representative inquiries.
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Build relationships & develop existing relationships with clients
- Manage order dispatch process; Preparation of picking and packing lists for the warehouse; managing freight.
- Assist in the preparation of organizing of promotional material and events, such as gift shows.
- Experience in maintaining ecommerce dropship platforms
- Supporting other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a Sales coordinator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in English.
- Well-organized and the ability to multitask.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
Business Equipment & Computer Applications :
- Experience with Business Visions or Spire software operating system preferred
- Advance MS Word, Excel & Outlook skills required
Required Language : English/French
