Job Summary As the Sales Support Specialist , you will manage quote requests, track pricing data, and maintain accurate CRM records. Based in Markham, Ontario , you will coordinate with account managers, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth sales operations that support business growth across DKSH North America.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between customers, suppliers, account managers master data and other internal cross-functional teams
- Coordinate sample and quote requests; track and communicate status updates
- Generate and maintain reports on quotes, samples, key projects, and sales performance
- Retrieve and manage data from various internal systems and sources to support reporting, analysis and informed decision-making
- Update and manage CRM data, log call reports and project updates
- Support the field sales team with new customer account activations, set up and continuity
- Support the product management marketing team with new suppliers and new product activations, set up and continuity
- Support pricing requests, inventory reviews, and supplier reporting
- Assist with customer inquiries, slow/dead stock follow-ups, and expired/damaged inventory management
- Provide administrative support, including supplier marketing literature and presentation distributions, maintaining product line cards and digital marketing launches
- Participate in team meetings and assist with trade show coordination as needed
- Participate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Your Profile
- Experience handling customer inquiries and coordinating between Sales and Operations; at least 3 years of prior experience in a similar Sales Support or Sales Operations role
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, with knowledge in SAP and Power BI preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Effective problem-solving skills for order and delivery issues
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
