Position Description
The Senior Brand Manager – Digital Marketing & Advertising leads Milwaukee Tool Canada’s digital strategy, driving measurable business growth through data-driven storytelling that influences awareness, conversion and loyalty. This role owns the Digital Marketing & Advertising pillar, overseeing the full digital ecosystem including email marketing, website, social, paid media and analytics. The position provides strategic leadership across national and global teams, managing Canadian digital budgets and performance metrics that connect digital execution directly to revenue impact. It requires a balance of strategic vision, hands-on campaign leadership and strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure Milwaukee Tool remains at the forefront of digital innovation and brand performance.
What You Will Do
Lead campaign strategy, planning, and execution across paid, earned, and owned channels in partnership with creative and media agencies, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and sales goals. Develop and implement Milwaukee Tool’s national digital and advertising strategy to support corporate growth goals, amplify product launches and strengthen end-user engagement. Own and manage digital budgets, KPIs and ROI performance metrics, ensuring accountability for spend efficiency and measurable business outcomes. Collaborate with U.S. and Global teams to integrate Canadian digital operations with enterprise systems (PIM/DAM, CRM, analytics) and drive innovation through shared data insights and automation tools. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into impactful digital activations that increase new product awareness, sell-through, lead generation and customer engagement. Oversee agency and vendor relationships at a strategic level, ensuring performance accountability, alignment with brand standards and optimization of campaigns while supporting execution through the Assistant Brand Manager – Digital Marketing. Provide strategic oversight of social media and brand ambassador programs, guiding influencer partnerships, sponsorships and collaborations to ensure alignment with brand objectives and leadership visibility. Direct relationships with external agencies and technology vendors, ensuring performance accountability, alignment with brand standards and optimization of campaigns. Act as the subject matter expert for digital marketing, mentoring team members and guiding cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and full integration of digital within commercialization plans. Leverage analytics and dashboards to measure conversion, engagement and ROI; proactively optimize strategies to improve efficiency and performance. Represent Digital Marketing & Advertising at planning meetings, budget reviews and executive presentations, communicating insights and recommendations tied to growth
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 8–10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, advertising, or brand management. Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end digital programs with full budget accountability and clear performance outcomes. Proven success leading cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver measurable impact. Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, CRM systems, analytics tools and media buying platforms. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills; adept at presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership. Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment balancing creative thinking with strong business judgment.
