Senior Product Manager
Senior Product Manager
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own assigned major products, product lines, or product platforms from ideation to phase-out (“cradle to grave”). In this key role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Research & Development, Marketing, Audiology, Field Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive Unitron’s business strategy forward.
Responsibilities:

Bring the voice of the customer into the organization by conducting market research, analyzing data, and spending time in the field to identify customer needs and opportunities
-
Set the vision and strategy for assigned products, communicating business value, customer insights, and product intent across all stakeholders
-
Manage the full lifecycle of assigned products, ensuring success from development through to end-of-life decisions
-
Define and drive elements of the Unitron product roadmap in collaboration with business leaders and strategic marketing
-
Partner with R&D and eSolutions teams to prioritize requirements, guide development, and ensure technical feasibility
-
Prepare technical and regulatory documentation for new product introductions and support product launches with strategic input
-
Collaborate with Operations on logistics topics and ensure efficient phase-out decisions based on market performance
More about you:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
-
5+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar marketing role
-
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
-
Strong analytical thinker with proven problem-solving abilities
-
Thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
-
Proactive, adaptable, and skilled at working across functions without formal authority
-
Experience in audiology or hearing healthcare is an asset
