Job Description You will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable for the stores and distribution centers assigned to you, in accordance with the standards and policies established by UAP Inc.’s head office.
Responsibilities
- Contact clients in your designated territory to ensure payment of accounts and follow up as necessary for outstanding balances;
- Respond to client inquiries regarding their accounts;
- Complete weekly reports to be submitted to managers;
- Collaborate with sales representatives, operations managers, and store managers regarding client accounts;
- Perform various administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.) and any other related tasks as required by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements Qualifications:
- Diploma in office administration or accounting with 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, as you will need to collaborate with colleagues and clients across Canada.
