We're seeking a passionate PGA of Canada Apprentice/Assistant Teaching Professional to join our growing team. This full-time salaried position offers the perfect opportunity to develop your teaching skills while working with state-of-the-art Trackman technology and video analysis systems.

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for golf instruction and commitment to exceptional customer experience. Whether you're just starting your PGA journey or have extensive experience, we want to hear from you if you align with our culture and values.

Responsibilities Teaching & Instruction

  • Provide high-quality golf instruction to students of all skill levels (minimal to extensive experience welcome)
  • Utilize Trackman Golf Technology and video analysis for comprehensive lesson delivery
  • Develop and implement personalized improvement plans for students
  • Maintain detailed student progress records and provide regular feedback
  • Conduct various golf clinics (Ladies, Mens/Senior, Couples, Sunday Specialty clinics)
  • Participate in continuing education to stay current with teaching methods

Youth Program Development

  • Lead 365 GOLF Youth Performance Golf programs
  • Create age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on skill development and fun
  • Ensure safety and proper supervision of young golfers
  • Communicate effectively with parents about student progress
  • Organize and execute youth tournaments and events
  • Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment

Custom Club Fitting

  • Conduct comprehensive club fitting sessions using Trackman technology
  • Analyze player swing characteristics and recommend appropriate equipment
  • Stay current with Callaway Golf product knowledge
  • Process custom club orders and follow up with clients
  • Meet or exceed club fitting revenue targets

Customer Service Excellence

  • Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
  • Provide information about simulator packages, membership options, and promotions
  • Assist with booking simulator times and reservations
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Additional Responsibilities

  • Administrative support including front desk duties, phone management, and email correspondence
  • Food & beverage service following Alberta Health Safety recommendations
  • Facility maintenance and organization
  • Event planning and execution support
  • Marketing and promotional activities
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience Level: Minimal to extensive experience welcome - we value cultural fit and growth potential
  • PGA of Canada membership or eligibility for apprentice program

Compensation Base Compensation

  • Salary: $45,00 to $60,000 annually
  • Schedule: Flexible as required (consistency prioritized as we grow)

Performance Incentives

  • Bonus Incentive Plan as per 365 GOLF's structure – Up to $25,000
  • 5% commission on all equipment sales
  • 100% tips up to 25% of F&B items sold (post-training)

Benefits/Perks

  • Vacation: 2 weeks annually (accrual starts from acceptance date)
  • Maximum 5 days carry-over year to year
  • Clothing Allowance: $400 NIKE GOLF allowance (ordered annually in October)
  • Education Support: $400 education/tournament allowance (manager approval required)
  • PGA Support: 50% of annual PGA of Canada dues covered
  • Equipment: Golf clubs at manager's/vendor's discretion - no charge
