Job Description
This Territory Manager position is a regular full-time position and is located in Edmonton, AB.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Support and guide associate store owners in all aspects of their business
- Develop and grow the sales and distribution network in your territory, and the NAPA auto parts partner network
- Implement, promote and follow up on NAPA programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store team members, customers and distribution centers
- Promote our programs to ensure maximum adherence: plan sales efforts with dedicated sales force and collaborate with Banner Coordinators to increase market penetration
- Hold regular business reviews with store managers.
Salary range: $82,900- $103,600. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Results-oriented.
- Master the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the principles of finance and administration.
- Solid knowledge of the market, the competition, and the environment of our industry.
