Join Natus and help keep critical medical technology running for the people who rely on it.

At Natus, the technology we build supports clinicians and patients around the world. When our systems are in use, they need to work—reliably, consistently, and without guesswork. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Technical Service Specialist who enjoys solving real problems, working directly with customers, and digging into the technical details that make complex systems run. In this role, you’ll provide worldwide technical support for Natus products, working with customers, field teams, and internal departments to keep everything operating smoothly.

This is a role for someone who likes to figure things out, communicate clearly, and take ownership of a problem until it’s solved.

  • Provide technical service support for all supported Natus products, working directly with customers and field personnel to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Serve as a key contact point between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Field Service, Shipping, Manufacturing, Inventory Control, and Finance, to coordinate and ensure product delivery and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the Service Request (Salesforce) system, documenting activities according to FDA regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support (evenings and weekends) to ensure customers always have access to help when they need it.
  • Stay current with and follow Quality System procedures that impact the quality of products and services delivered to customers.
  • Contribute to Quality Improvement initiatives and recommend ways to improve service systems and processes.
  • Share knowledge with teammates and help others grow through product knowledge transfer and collaboration.
