Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Work setting: On-site customer service. Tasks: Conduct voltage, resistance and other tests using electrical test equipment. Prepare written estimates of repair costs. Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Plan service routes. Refer to schematic drawings or product manuals to repair parts.
