JOB DESCRIPTION Ricoh recherche actuellement une personne motivée pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes et le personnel d'un site spécifique. L'assistant manager peut gérer les équipes ou le site seul. Il travaille la plupart du temps en tant que spécialiste des documents ou autre employé opérationnel. Il est formé pour gérer les embauches, les licenciements et les performances professionnelles, et mène ces activités selon les besoins. Il est également capable de remplir les rapports de gestion de fin de mois en l'absence du responsable du site.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Responsable de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion efficaces de l'excellence du service Ricoh. Gère les contacts formels avec les clients au quotidien.
  • Assure la formation sur le flux de travail et le fonctionnement des machines.
  • Garantit l'exactitude des salaires en supervisant et en corrigeant toutes les pointages.
  • Assure la rentabilité des équipes dans le domaine du coût des marchandises en supervisant efficacement l'utilisation des matériaux et des fournitures de l'entreprise.
  • Garantit la qualité des opérations pour le quart de travail en contribuant à la réalisation des objectifs.
  • Respecte les normes de qualité et les délais grâce à une utilisation efficace des pratiques de planification des tâches.
  • Maintient un flux de travail efficace en tenant les subordonnés directs responsables de la qualité et de l'efficacité de leur travail.
  • Facilite la résolution des problèmes liés à la tarification, aux commandes et à la facturation en interagissant et en communiquant avec le service commercial.
  • Remplit les rapports du site et autres documents administratifs nécessaires.

QUALIFICATIONS ÉDUCATION ET EXPÉRIENCE :

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
  • Au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un service courrier ou un centre de photocopie.
  • Expérience requise dans l'utilisation de machines à emballer sous film rétractable, de massicots, de perforatrices, d'équipements de reliure, de taqueuses, de machines à ruban adhésif, d'agrafeuses électriques, de balances, d'assembleuses et d'équipements connexes.
  • COMPÉTENCES :
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et capacité à établir rapidement des relations professionnelles.
  • Forte motivation personnelle pour obtenir des résultats.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite.
  • Utilisation efficace de Microsoft Office.
  • Capacité à soulever plus de 13 kg si nécessaire.

Ricoh is currently looking for career-oriented individual to supervise the day-to-day operations and staff of specified location. The Assistant Manager may run shifts or site solo. Functions as a document specialist or other operations worker the majority of the time. This position is trained to handle hiring, firing and job performance responsibilities and will conduct these activities as needed. Also, will be able to complete month-end management reports in the absence of the Site Manager.

RESPONSIBLILTIES

  • Responsible for effective implementation and management of Ricoh Service Excellence
  • Handles formal contact with the customer on a daily basis
  • Provides training on workflow and machine operations
  • Ensures payroll accuracy by overseeing and correcting all time clock punches
  • Achieves shift profitability in the area of cost of goods by effectively supervising the shift in the use of company materials and supplies
  • Ensures the quality of operations for shift by assisting in the achievement of goals
  • Meets quality and deadline standards by the effective use of job scheduling practices
  • Maintains efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for quality and efficiency of their work
  • Facilitates resolution of issues concerning pricing, orders-in and invoicing by interacting and communicating with sales department
  • Completes site reports and other paperwork as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a mail room or copy centre
  • Require experience in use of shrink-wrap, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machine, electric stapler, scales, collators and related equipment

SKILLS:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships
  • Strong self-motivation to drive results
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift 30+lbs. as necessary
