What can you expect from this position?
This position with the Commercial Real Estate department works alongside a team of professionals to help with analysis, workflow coordination, process management and research tasks. You’ll play a key role in assisting with the preparation of reports, lease summaries, and business cases while contributing to strategic development, and utilizing analytics to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
As a Student, Commercial Real Estate, you will:
- Review site plans with internal and external partners.
- Update existing databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide a variety of administrative and/or technical services to support the business which may include the preparation of data analysis, reports, briefings, business requirements, and memos.
- Develop spreadsheets, forms, surveys, and databases to input, track, store and retrieve data.
- Audit of files and documentation.
- Support the development of project roadmaps and business transformation plans.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to collect data, respond to queries and exchange information.
- Provide assistance and support to staff in a variety of areas, including gathering, inputting, organizing, and interpreting data for reports, presentations, meetings, and/or projects.
- Coordinate and support the administration of commercial contracts and agreements.
This is the role for you, if you have:
- Previous experience working within a business environment.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competence in software including Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Basic knowledge of airport and local transportation systems is an asset.
- To be considered, all students must be enrolled in a cooperative program with their academic institute.
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Transportation Security Clearance.
- All students must adhere to all applicable GTAA safety and security policies and requirements.
