About the role
Contact Center Sales Specialist (Temp-to-Permanent)
North York, ON (On-Site) $20–$22/hour
Once Permanent: Full-time salary up to $43,000 annually + uncapped commission
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (scheduled shifts)
We're looking for motivated, customer-focused sales professionals who excel at building relationships over the phone. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with significant earning potential for individuals who are driven by results and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions.

What You'll Do
As a Contact Center Sales Specialist, you will: Engage with new and existing customers through outbound and follow-up calls Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable wireless plans, devices, and services Drive sales through consultative conversations, upselling, and cross-selling Present current promotions and confidently overcome objections Complete post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities Manage a high volume of daily calls while maintaining exceptional customer service and compliance standards Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team success
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of outbound sales experience in a contact center environment Previous experience in telecommunications, wireless sales, or a related industry is strongly preferred Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-based environment Professional, positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service
Preferred Experience
Ideal candidates have experience selling wireless or telecommunications products, including: Wireless plans and plan upgrades Additional lines and value-added services Mobile devices and accessories Experience working with a wireless carrier, telecom dealer, or telecommunications contact centre is considered a strong asset.
