Your role, your impact

As a Microsoft Services Director, you’ll be responsible for leading and scaling a high-performing services sales organization focused on Microsoft solutions. You’ll drive revenue growth through consulting, implementation, and managed services across Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, Data & AI, and Business Applications.

Alithya is a top Microsoft Solutions Partner with deep expertise in Dynamics 365. We help organizations achieve measurable outcomes through end-to-end capabilities across ERP, CRM, Azure Cloud, Data & AI, Power Platform, Copilot, and Modern Workplace. In joining Alithya, y ou’ll partner closely with Microsoft, internal delivery teams, and executive stakeholders to build strategic customer relationships and ensure successful outcomes.

Travel to client sites is required up to 25% of the time.

Your day-to-day

Sales Leadership and Strategy:

  • Define and execute the services sales strategy aligned with Microsoft priorities and company growth objectives;
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of services sales managers and sellers;
  • Own services pipeline, forecasting, and revenue attainment;
  • Establish repeatable sales motions for consulting, implementation, and managed services.

Customer and Partner Engagement:

  • Build trusted executive relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients;
  • Position Microsoft services as strategic enablers of business transformation;
  • Collaborate with Microsoft field sellers, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and Solution Architects;
  • Participate in joint account planning and co-sell motions with Microsoft.

Go-To-Market and Offerings:

  • Develop and refine services offerings around Azure, Modern Workplace, Security, Data and AI, and Business Applications;
  • Drive packaging, pricing, and value-based selling of services;
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns, thought leadership, and demand generation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with delivery, solution architecture, and customer success teams to ensure deal quality and execution readiness;
  • Ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery and high customer satisfaction;
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.

Operational Excellence:

  • Track KPIs including pipeline coverage, win rates, average deal size, utilization impact, and margin;

  • Ensure CRM discipline and accurate reporting;

  • Support services P&L objectives, including revenue, margin, and growth targets.

Keys to your success

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in B2B technology sales, with significant experience selling Microsoft services;
  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience in sales or services sales leadership;
  • Proven success selling consulting, professional services, or managed services;
  • Experience working within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem;
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, M365, Security, Data & AI).

Extra edge

  • Experience selling to enterprise or upper mid-market clients;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Solution Partner designations and incentives;
  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills;
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Language skills

  • English: Proficient

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required , in particular to communicate on a daily basis with clients and vendors outside of Quebec .
