What we are hiring for:
We are currently hiring for a Property Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will ensure a high standard of maintenance and upkeep to LCDS buildings, property, and equipment. They will be responsible for the project management of any projects related to property. They will administer the Landlord Tenant Act as it relates to rent geared to income, affordable housing and commercial lease agreements. They are the point of contact for all tenants. They will ensure all LCDS properties are functioning in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Qualifications:
- College diploma in a related field or equivalent
- Certificate in Property Management/Project Management
- Accredited member of the Institute of Housing Management (IHM)
- Joint HealthSafety Committee Certification Part 12
- Work experience in a related field
- Valid "G or G2" class license and reliable vehicle
- Be willing to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
Core Competencies:
- Problem Solving/ Decision Making: Solves complex challenges
- Building Relationships: Builds networks
- Resource Management: Strategically administers resources
- Strategic Thinking: Promotes strategic direction
Position Details:
- $36.42 - $37.49 per hour based on experience
- 40 hours per week - flexibility in working hours, generally Monday to Friday with weekend work as required
- Across Lambton County Main office in Petrolia
