About the Role:
Vitacore is looking for an Operations Intern eager to gain real-world experience in a dynamic manufacturing and research-driven environment. Reporting to our Operations Managers, this student will support a variety of projects across manufacturing, logistics, recycling, and process optimisation.
This position offers meaningful hands-on experience in project coordination, data analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration, all within a supportive and fast-paced workplace.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks for ongoing projects.
- Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports or presentations as required.
- Support senior team members with documentation, scheduling, and internal communications.
- Shadow experienced staff to gain exposure to best practices in manufacturing and process management.
- Contribute fresh ideas during meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Take ownership of smaller assignments and assist in delivering larger operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and implement process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving workplace.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
