About The Role At Carinity – Hilltop, we’re committed to providing compassionate, person-centred aged care that supports residents to live with dignity, comfort, and connection. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth running of the reception area, giving support to other senior staff, residents, relatives, visitors and other personnel as required. This position also provides assistance to residents and their representatives, manages the operation of the facility reception by responding to enquiries from residents, families, visitors, and staff, and maintains records and administrative data entry for reporting purposes.

This is a part-time role requiring 60 hours each fortnight and availability Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

What do you need for the role?

  • Demonstrated experience in office administration and clerical procedures, preferably within a Residential Aged Care environment
  • Ability to responsibly manage confidential material and documents according to organizational requirements
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to all management, staff and the general public
  • Demonstrated experience with invoicing processes
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
