Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Accurately perform data entry tasks related to customer accounts and transactions
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance sales performance
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting purposes
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience
• Support the sales team by providing insights based on customer feedback and analysis

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is advantageous

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
