Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Global Leader - Insurance and Risk Management, the candidate is responsible for gathering and analyses of data relating to CAE’s various insurance programs (property, liability, and automobile among others). Main responsibilities will include the following:

Insurance Program Support: Contribute to the administration of global insurance programs by supporting annual renewals, analyzing data, and coordinating with brokers and internal stakeholders.

Risk Analysis: Interpret financial and operational data to identify trends and recommend effective coverage strategies.

Loss Prevention: Support the development and implementation of loss prevention strategies. Coordinate risk assessments and site inspections, follow up on insurer recommendations, and support continuous improvements of the facilities and processes.

Claims Management: Assist with claims handling and tracking, maintain accurate records, and facilitate communication between insurers, adjusters, and internal teams.

Data Management: Management of all insurance records, including policies, claims, budgets, invoices.

Business support: Respond to internal business requests and issuing insurance certificates.

Learning and Development: Stay current with industry trends and participate in training to grow your expertise.
Job Qualifications
Knowledge, Ability, and Skill Required:
- Solid understanding of basic accounting (allocating costs, invoicing, payables).
- Ability to establish priorities and quickly adapt to business requirements.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and committed to excellence.
- Strong team spirit and customer-focused mindset.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (English and French) written and spoken.
- Knowledge of aviation industry is an asset.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a field related to finance, insurance or in risk management (asset).
- Holding or working toward a professional designation (CRM, CIP).
