The bigger picture
We are looking for an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Specialist who is passionate about designing meaningful solutions that balance people and business needs, strengthening culture, and enabling leaders and employees to thrive and drive sustainable business results. In this role, you will help shape the future of our organization by driving long‑term strategies that align our structure, culture, and people practices with our enterprise goals.

How you’ll be spending your time
Performance Management (PM) & Performance Development (PD)
- Research, design, and implement performance management and development programs, including coaching, development planning, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with partners to align PM and PD processes with total rewards and compensation.
- Support leaders and employees with complex performance and employee‑relations matters.
Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement
- Design and maintain onboarding, reboarding, offboarding, and cultural orientation programs.
- Lead employee listening strategies (engagement surveys, pulse surveys, etc.).
- Support organizational values development and integration.
- Provide consultation for complex employment matters including change initiatives, team building, conflict resolution, and workforce transitions.
- Lead enterprise mentorship and employee recognition program design.
Succession Planning & Development
- Design and deliver enterprise succession planning frameworks and talent development strategies.
- Facilitate talent reviews and development mentorships.
- Prepare executive and board reporting on succession and development outcomes.
Leadership Development
- Research, design, and deliver leadership development programs for all leadership levels.
- Lead change leadership skill development and support for organization‑wide initiatives.
Enterprise Project Support
- Provide OD expertise and consultation for enterprise projects and strategic initiatives.

The experience you bring
- Diploma or equivalent post‑secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
- 6 years of diverse HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR business partner-type role. A combination of HR and business experience may be considered.
- Expert knowledge in Change Leadership (Prosci Certification is an asset)
- Expert level of virtual and inperson facilitation skills‑person facilitation skills
- Intermediate knowledge in adult learning principles and learning design
- Current in Organizational Development industry trends and best practices
Salary Range:
$83,840 - $111,780 with 13% Short Term Incentive Target
