We are seeking Part Time and Full Time Food & Beverage Server Assistants. As a Food & Beverage Server Assistant you are highly motivated with a strong passion for the Food & Beverage industry combined with exceptional member and employee service values and skills in this innovative dining space. You will aspire “to be our members’ second home, providing excellence in all that we do” – you will carry this vision through providing members and guests with exceptional experiences in the Argyle Kitchen + Patio.

Responsibilities

• Support the server team during service by warmly welcoming members and guests, promptly delivering food and beverages, and assisting with table clearing and cleaning
• Provide service excellence to members and guests by maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude, and courteous demeanor at all times
• Actively contribute to department teamwork and collaboration to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Ensure timely and effective two way communication (verbal and written) between members, staff and supervisor
• Address member concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to a supervisor when necessary

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage experience is an asset
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills demonstrated in fast-paced service environments Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport with members and team members.
• ProServe Certification is an asset

Additional Details These are Full Time and Part Time positions that report to the Restaurant Experience Manager. The successful candidate may be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace certification prior to commencing employment.
