Seasonal Yard Clerk-Naicam Ag-Prairie North Co-op
About the role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-To provide a professional approach to work concerning areas such as attitude, dependability, and appearance. -Assist yard staff and work unsupervised to maintain the standards and daily operation of the department. -To provide information, assistance, and service to customers in a manner which will promote the sale of merchandise and meet the needs, requirements, and expectations of the consumer. -To perform truck maintenance such as cleaning and informing the Agro Manager if any mechanical appointments are required. -To be familiar with and adhere to Prairie North Co-op policies and procedures. -To operate the point-of-sale terminal and prepare daily cash reconciliations when required. -To perform inventory counts. -To drive forklifts or delivery vehicles. -Maintain yard image standards. -To perform other duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must have a valid drivers license. -Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry 80 + lbs. -Energetic. -Must be willing to work weekend shifts.
