Interested? We are looking for our next Ocean Export Agent to join our International Transportation Department in downtown Montreal.
You will enjoy many benefits, such as:

Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Open customer files and manage documentation/communications
- Organize end-to-end transportation to the requested destination
- Book with ocean carriers and ensure the required equipment is allocated
- Plan pickups and deliveries according to shipping schedules and customer requirements
- Prepare and verify export documentation and required filings
- Ensure regulatory and customs compliance and track shipments according to the applicable Incoterm
- Update customers, handle exceptions, validate supplier invoices, and issue the final customer invoice
What we are looking for:
- You are bilingual in French and English to communicate with colleagues and customers across Canada and worldwide
- You have studied logistics or a related field
- You have at least 5 years of significant experience in customs and within an international freight forwarding environment
- You are autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented
- You enjoy teamwork and are motivated to take on new challenges!
