Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
Resolve product or service issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues
Provide product or service guidance, troubleshooting, and support
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate insights to management
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or a related support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries professionally
Proficiency with CRM systems, helpdesk software, and communication tools
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude in handling customer concerns
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B or B2C customer support
Familiarity with technical troubleshooting or product support
Knowledge of multiple communication channels (social media, chat, email, phone)
Ability to analyze customer feedback and suggest process improvements
