As a Leadership Development & Sales Executive, you'll play an active role in customer acquisition campaigns while gaining exposure to the skills and responsibilities that contribute to successful leadership. How You'll Make An Impact
Working directly with customers, you'll help create positive brand experiences while supporting campaign objectives and customer acquisition goals.
You'll be involved in: Representing client brands through face-to-face sales and customer engagement campaigns Building rapport with customers and creating positive first impressions Understanding customer needs and presenting suitable products, services, or promotional offers Supporting customer acquisition and sales objectives Contributing to campaign performance and business growth initiatives Working closely with experienced leaders and sales professionals Developing confidence, communication skills, and leadership capabilities
