Work location: 627 Plinguet Street, Winnipeg, MB, R2J 2W9 (work 5 days/week in the office)
Work mode: Office attendance - 5 days/week
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Status: Permanent, Full Time
YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities as an Accounts receivable and Inventory Administrator for 5 locations will be to:
- Review accounts to identify outstanding debts and proactively follow up on overdue payments;
- Review accounts receivable to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted;
- Process incoming payments via various methods (e.g., checks, credit cards, electronic transfers);
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions;
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies;
- Reconcile inventory counts for all Sollio Agriculture locations;
- Daily Inventory adjustments outside of inventory counts;
- Review and confirm costing of inventory;
- Review and post warehouse transfers;
- Review and post daily production.
YOUR ASSETS
- You have a relevant experience in accounts receivable and inventory management;
- You have 3 to 5 years experience in these fields;
- You have a Diploma (College or University) in accounting (mandatory);
- You are familiar with Excel (an asset).
