About the role

Work location: 627 Plinguet Street, Winnipeg, MB, R2J 2W9 (work 5 days/week in the office)

Work mode: Office attendance - 5 days/week

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Status: Permanent, Full Time

YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities as an Accounts receivable and Inventory Administrator for 5 locations will be to:

  • Review accounts to identify outstanding debts and proactively follow up on overdue payments;
  • Review accounts receivable to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted;
  • Process incoming payments via various methods (e.g., checks, credit cards, electronic transfers);
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions;
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies;
  • Reconcile inventory counts for all Sollio Agriculture locations;
  • Daily Inventory adjustments outside of inventory counts;
  • Review and confirm costing of inventory;
  • Review and post warehouse transfers;
  • Review and post daily production.

YOUR ASSETS

  • You have a relevant experience in accounts receivable and inventory management;
  • You have 3 to 5 years experience in these fields;
  • You have a Diploma (College or University) in accounting (mandatory);
  • You are familiar with Excel (an asset).
