The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative, organized, and strategic Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the social media presence across a diverse group of businesses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and understands how to tailor content to different audiences while maintaining a cohesive brand voice.

What you bring...

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably across multiple brands or industries.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how they apply to social content.
  • Understanding of geotargeting and location-based marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple content calendars and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will...

  • Develop and execute results-driven social media strategies for each business, aligned with brand positioning and marketing goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including written, photo, and video formats.
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across all platforms while tailoring messaging to each business and audience.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and timely promotion of events, products, and initiatives.
  • Attend events and produce live social media content to capture real-time engagement and showcase community involvement.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, platform updates, and audience sentiment to inform content strategy.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (marketing, operations, design, influencers) to source content and amplify campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics and create monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support paid social campaigns and influencer marketing initiatives, including strategy development and execution.
