As part of our digital expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Digital Product Manager to lead the product roadmap and business growth for our Hindi magazine websites – Grihshobha.in, Sarita.in, SarasSalil.in, ManoharKahaniyan.in, and FarmNFood.in. Role Overview The Digital Product Manager will serve as the central anchor and owner of the product journey for our Hindi-language digital platforms – driving growth in audience engagement, subscriptions, and advertising monetisation. You will collaborate across editorial, tech, marketing, and sales to create high-impact digital experiences tailored to diverse Hindi-speaking audiences across India.

This role requires someone with a deep understanding of Hindi content ecosystems, strong product thinking, and a revenue-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for all Hindi digital properties.
  • Prioritise features and improvements based on audience needs, tech possibilities, and business goals.
  • Own the end-to-end user journey for website, mobile, app, and subscription funnel.

Growth, Engagement & Monetisation

  • Work with editorial and marketing to shape SEO-optimised, user-centric content strategies.
  • Drive digital subscription growth through product innovations and seamless checkout experiences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on advertising and branded content monetisation.
  • Integrate tools and platforms (CRM, analytics, paywall, A/B testing) to improve retention, conversion, and ARPU.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with editors to translate content strategies into scalable digital products.
  • Guide developers, designers, and UX teams in executing builds and optimisations.
  • Align social media, email marketing, and SEO campaigns with overall product goals.

Data & Analytics

  • Analyse traffic, user behavior, revenue metrics, and churn to inform product decisions.
  • Regularly review performance of pages, content types, campaigns, and UX features.

Innovation & User Empathy

  • Develop a strong understanding of varied Hindi-speaking user personas (rural, urban, aspirational, infotainment-seeking).
  • Stay updated with evolving digital tools, platforms, and user behaviours across Bharat audiences.

Must-Haves Qualifications & Skills

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in publishing, content, or media-tech.
  • Deep familiarity with Hindi-language digital audiences and their content needs.
  • Strong grip on SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and growth marketing.
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum-based development environments.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Comm, Management or related fields

Preferred

  • Experience working with paywalls, membership, or content subscription systems.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, app development workflows, and mobile-first design thinking.
  • An interest in storytelling, news, infotainment, or vernacular content innovation.
